ヨーロッパハンドボールエージェント協会との基本合意書締結のお知らせ
公益財団法人日本ハンドボール協会（JHA）とヨーロッパハンドボールエージェント協会（EHAA：European Handball Agent Association）は、日本代表の国際競技力向上および日本人選手の海外挑戦を支援するため、選手の海外移籍サポートに関するMOU（基本合意書）を締結しました。本MOUには、日本人選手の海外移籍支援に加え、欧州から日本への移籍や活躍のサポートも含まれており、双方向での交流促進が期待されます。
本MOUに基づき、JHAはEHAAから以下のサポートを提供していただけることになります。
1. 教育プログラムの提供
海外移籍に必要な知識や実務、クラブでの生活、契約交渉、エージェントの役割について学ぶ機会の提供。
2. 日本からの移籍・活動支援移籍を希望する選手に対して、その国に精通した信頼できるエージェントを紹介すること。
3. 欧州からの移籍・活躍支援欧州の選手・コーチ・技術スタッフの推薦及び、日本への移籍や活動のサポート。
JHAはEHAAと協力し、選手が海外移籍に向けて適切な準備を行い、スムーズにヨーロッパクラブでのプレーを開始できるように環境を整えます。また、日本人選手の国際経験を通じた競技力向上を目指し、欧州から日本への人材の流れも促進することで、ハンドボール界全体の発展を支援していきます。
本取り組みに関する具体的な対応については、決定次第改めてご案内いたします。今後JHAが窓口を設置し、選手や関係者が円滑にサポートを受けられるよう対応してまいります。

EHAAは2020年10月に設立されたヨーロッパのハンドボールエージェントの団体で、現在55名のエージェントが登録。選手の国際キャリア支援や移籍の透明性向上を目的としています。
Japan Handball Association and EHAA sign MOU
The Japan Handball Association (JHA), and the European Handball Agent Association (EHAA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support the overseas transfer of players, in order to improve the international competitiveness of the Japanese national team and to support Japanese players taking on challenges overseas. In addition to supporting the overseas transfer of Japanese players, this MOU also includes support for the transfer and success of players from Europe to Japan, and is expected to promote two-way exchange.
Under this MOU, EHAA will provide the following support to JHA:
1. Providing educational programs
Providing an opportunity to learn about the knowledge and practical aspects required for international transfers, life at a club, contract negotiations and the role of an agent.
2. Transfers and activities from JapanIntroducing players seeking transfer to trusted agents who are familiar with the country.
3. Support for transfers and success from EuropeRecommending European players, coaches and technical staff, and supporting their transfers and activities in Japan.
The JHA will work with the EHAA to ensure that players are properly prepared for their move overseas and can begin playing for a European club smoothly. Additionally, we aim to improve the competitive abilities of Japanese players through international experience and promote the flow of talent from Europe to Japan, thereby supporting the development of the handball worldwide.
We will provide further information regarding specific measures regarding this initiative as soon as they have been decided. In the future, the JHA will set up a hotline to ensure that players and related parties can receive smooth support.
